With a first innings lead of 34 runs, Karnataka now gointo the final day with an overall lead of 129 and with eight wicketsintact, they are in a position to move in for the kill.Play started at 1.10 pm due to early morning showers. Tamil Nadu, 82for seven overnight, added a further 43 runs before the innings foldedup. KKD Kartik (8) was the first to go when he was caught by Uthappaoff Dharmichand.
